1. Qualified Lead definition
A Qualified Lead is an inbound phone inquiry that meets all of the following:
- Duration: Bridged call lasts more than 60 seconds after parties are connected.
- Acceptance: Partner presses
1on the contractor leg when prompted, before the bridge. - Genuine inquiry: Caller is seeking services within Partner's trade and service territory.
Not Qualified Leads: wrong numbers, spam, robocalls, solicitations, duplicate callbacks for the same job, or test calls.
2. Call flow
- Partner receives a whisper identifying the lead source.
- Partner is prompted to press
1to accept (default gather window: 10 seconds). - On acceptance, Partner is bridged to the caller.
- Duration is measured on the bridged leg after acceptance.
System timestamps, acceptance flags, and recordings are prima facie evidence for billing, subject to Partner's dispute rights.
3. Free trial
New partners receive two (2) Qualified Leads at no charge before the initial wallet deposit applies. Trial leads use the same Qualified Lead definition.
4. Prepaid wallet
| Event | Action |
|---|---|
| Onboarding | Initial deposit = 2 × Lead Price (2 credits) |
| Each Qualified Lead | Debit 1 credit at current Lead Price |
| Balance reaches 0 | Auto-recharge 2 × Lead Price (2 credits) |
| Payment fails | Immediate pause of call routing |
Lead Price = max(floor $150 CAD, 5% of stated minimum project size, niche floor if applicable). See Schedule A in the signed agreement.
5. Disputes

6. Recordings and retention
Calls may be recorded for quality, billing verification, and dispute resolution. Recordings and lead metadata are confidential. Provider may use anonymized aggregates for analytics.
7. Pause and redirect
Provider may pause or redirect routing for operational, quality, fraud-prevention, non-payment, or strategic reasons. Non-payment pauses are immediate. Other pauses may be communicated by email when practicable.
8. Google Business Profile (operational)
